he signed papers after being arrested that states he claimed to be an alien [:0]
he was deported[}:)]
now his family is blaming the government[:0][:(!]

  Hmmmm, seems like a fair trade, we send one of our defectives and they send 12 to 20 million in retaliation.

  I remember when this story first broke. Apparently the man has a mental disability. If he is a citizen or legal alien, he and his family are exactly right to blame the government. If he is legal he should be in the system and it should be checked regardless of what he signed.
