  thats what I figured too, just thought Id put the question out there.
  
  One article I watched talked about families buying it for there family members serving, but then it was banned and all that.
  
  Thought maybe it was avalible somewhere, but dont seem to find any info on that anywhere...

  my thought was being that flexible and light it would be pretty good stuff to have, even just to put on at the range, just in case the oddball next to you pops one off in the wrong direction..
