Learned an important lesson today!!!
I had to take an ambulance transfer from a local hospital to Nashville this afternoon. It's about 60 miles. After we left the hospital in Nashville, I told my partner that I was hungry, so we stopped at Whitecastle. I ate 6 of the jalapeno cheeseburgers! A word to the wise....if you're going to eat those things....DON'T DO IT IF YOU'RE 60 MILES AWAY FROM YOUR STATION (and a clean bathroom)!!!! Those things kicked in on my stomach after about 25 miles and I honestly thought that we were going to have to run "lights & sirens" back to our station so I could get to the "john". That was seven hours ago and my belly is still churning.

Yes, there's only about three bites in each burger. I know now why my friends have always called them "Burger Bombs"! 0 -
