Philly gun laws

Anyone else hear of the armored truck getting held up. two men shot and killed and then a city official calling for more gun control without knowing the full facts. I would like to know how many gun laws are in Pennsylvania and then is the city of philidelphia different like Chicago?

  yep, there calling for more gun laws. three vs one and all three got shot. wounder if any of them even got a shot off?
