Chuck eye steak
Hot off the grill. I had to shovel snow off the patio table and clean some off the grill to fire it up, but well worth it.
Chuck eye is every bit as good as rib eye but not so expensive.

I like it better than rib eye. Especially when chuck steak is on sale and they end up with quite a bit of chuck eye steak. 0 -
Rub it down good with Texas Pete, don't soak it just rub it down good. Let it sit for about two hours and then grill as you normally would. It will melt in your mouth. 0
