90 day waiting period in CT?

Saw an article on the web (link is below) about an increase in gun sales following the home invasion and murder of the mother and her two daughter's last week. In the article, a gunshop owner say's people are buying shotgun's because they only have a two week waiting period instead of a 90 day waiting period for handguns. 90 day's. That's one hell of a cooling off period. Wasn't that the reason for the waiting period. What a joke. I'm glad I live in Indiana. With a handgun permit we don't have to wait. Pick it out, buy it, take it home. Same day.

    3days maybe depends on any yellow flags on your name in the feds library sometimes here in ky no waiting on long guns

    You can't buy a handgun in CT without a pistol permit. There is no 90 day wait,no permit no handgun.

    0 waiting in Wisconsin for long guns, 48 hours for hand guns (and that can even be cut down by a few hours if you're on good terms with your local gun shop owner).

    No waiting in Washington state on long guns for everybody, and no waiting for handguns when you have conceal permit.[:D]

    Um, I live in Indiana and I get delayed by NICS every dang time even though I've held a permit for many years.

    slow traffic to New York, all they have to do is go several states West or South and there you go
