What is the best way to get moisture out of the inside of a headlight lens assembly that uses halogen bulbs (without removing the lens assembly from the car, if possible)?

If you can't get it out of park it may the brake light switch. You gotta depress the brake to shift from park. If the switch is bad, it's stuck in PARK. I don't know why it won't crank. 0 -
check ALL connections on the battery and starter, including ALL grounds, I repeat ALL grounds. Also work from the battery towards the starter, one time i found the cable that went from the battery to the starter had rotted in the middle of the cable and could not be detected due to the plastic coating on it. If that does not do it, take the starter to a shop and check to see if the starter is operating properly. 0 -
well i'm thinking a bad starter switch. thats what caused it last time. i'm taking it to my local shop after i get AAA out here to tow it for free 0
