I like putting Cookies BBQ Flavor seasoning, Pepper, and garlic powder on it and grilling it over a hot fire in my grill to sear it and then turning down the heat to cook it to 160 degrees. Thinly sliced, it goes great on a lettuce/ tomato salad with Italian dressing.

I was thinking of putting lipton onion soup mix all over it, and addin carrots, celery, onion, fresh garlic and taters to the pan and roastin it with a lid on it for 90min. or so.. Any suggestions for other ingredients? (serious ideas only) please..[:D]Oh yeah, plenty fresh-ground pepper too. I know i won't need salt, cuz the soup mix is LOADED with it.

Do the same, use fresh onions instead of the lipton, put it all in a foil pouch, and put it on the grill[:p]

use a cast iron skillet in the oven to cook it.
Brown the roast first in a touch of oil and flower. Salt and pepper to taste. Add onions and garlic. Surround it with spuds and carrots. add one can beef broth and cover with foil. cook the whole shebang for about 2 hours at 350. Make gravy from the drippings.

Lastly; call me over and get the hell out of the way, I am geting hungry typing this. [:D]

I'd stick it in your Crock Pot and let it slow cook. Might add a dash or two of worsteshire and 1/4 c of water.

Dang, talk about getting to the point.
