Geese On The Roof

In Boise, Canadian Geese are considered a nuisance.
This morning amid all the geese flying around I heard a bunch of scraping noises coming from the roof. Stepped out to see:



The shop roof is metal, and they have a hard time standing there. The house roof is composition shingle and they like it a lot more.

In either case I don't like all the bird do-do on the roof. So if the fly down and eat the bugs=good. If not I shoo them away after about 20 minutes.

  I got these 2 and I greased the roof for you, that should keep them off

  Marinate them in orange juice for 24 hours. Stuff just like a turkey with dressing and cook them in the oven. Bon appetite..[:p]

  Actually they are in pellet gun range. I can get to within 20 feet of them most any time.
