I read in another thread where there are concerns about NK invading us, doubt it would happen but here is my question.
Are we the people, either in plain civilian form or organized militia held to the rules of engagment of the Geneva Convention like the US Military is? Can I load a ton of my favorite balistic tips for the AR and a few other guns or do I need to purchase FMJ ammo to be legal? If we are invaded can I load to kill or do I have to just wound the enemy?
If you need a gun larger than a .243 to kill a deer, you need to give up

Is it legal for an ex spouse that has remarried to hyphenate her kid's names with the new husband's last name?
for example, Jane Doe was married to John Doe and had 2 kids. they get divorced and Jane Doe marries Frank Smith.
John Doe pays child support and has not given up seeing the kids and will not allow Frank Smith to adapt his kids.
Jane Smith and Frank Smith has another kid of thier own and to "prevent confusion," they decide to start calling John Doe's kids "John Doe-Smith" for school and other events.
just a hypothetical question but I was wondering if it is "legal" and what courses of action John Doe has with rectifying the situation.

Was wondering if anyone here has any hearing trouble who might be of assistance? Reason being my wife has a constant ringing in her ear that has been driving her nuts and no one seems to know what the problem is?
