It will be interesting to see which senator takes the payoff.

I wonder if they have a rotation system for the goodies ??

Allah should allow for this law to pass. Your borders should be secured and Ted Kennedy is a good friend to the Iranian people.

quote:Originally posted by spanielsells Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., said in an interview that Cornyn's amendment was "not a deal-killer" but would have to be changed in House-Senate negotiations.

This part I don't like. Not that I like ANY part of it, there should not even BE an immigration bill that says anything but NO to the vast majority of immigrants both illegal and legal.

Feinstein, one of the profiteers of the "War on Terrorism".

If this crap house bill ever passes it will be the end of ICE because they would have to give a illegal a application so he could fill it out and be legal. Kennedy Bush amnesty bill is a slap in all Legal Americans and the legal immigrants.

It's possible that the Bush-Kennedy-McCain Amnesty Bill will fall apart by sundown! Right now it is still alive...barely. Let's hope and pray that it dies a rapid death.

You can bet that the money and/or gifts are there for the taking. I would not doubt that blackmail is in the making either.

I got this from Numbers USA a little while ago!

From: Anne Manetas, Deputy Director NumbersUSA
    Date: 07JUN07 2:30

Your Senator Voted NO on Cloture This Morning, Ask Them to Vote NO AGAIN

PHONE YOUR SENATOR BEFORE 5:30 TO VOTE NO ON CLOTURE

If you are receiving this alert, you have at least one U.S. Senator who voted NO on cloture on S. 1348 this morning. Your Senator(s) was one of 61 Senators who voted NO on cloture this morning, but the 5 pm cloture vote is what really counts.

If you are able to do so, please phone your Senator immediately to thank them for their NO vote and encourage them to vote NO again this afternoon. It is especially important that we focus on Democratic Senators. We know that some of the Democrats who voted against cloture do favor the bill, but many in the list may be persuaded to vote against cloture this evening if they get some positive feedback this afternoon. Your phone call could make the difference.

You can reach your Senator via the Capitol Switchboard: (202) 224-3121.

Interesting to see the split of Democrats vs Republicans. The democrats want this bill and are the sponsors, but certain folks on this forum pertend its a Bush bill. He backs it but its a Democratic piece of legislation.

Mr McCain showed himself up for the liberal his is by snuggling up with the Democrats over this issue.

I believe all our democrates on this forum feel that this is a bill that was all bush's doing!

They have a hard time with the fact that the dems are the root of many of this counties problems!

And I'm not saying that the republicans are perfect! Just that they do alot less screwwing up of the country than the dems!

Some may say that you are right while others say that you are wrong. However, Allah knows and he will protect us and help a Democrat get elected.

Soon all of your females will be wearing burkahs and they will be sexy like Paris Hilton.

Wow, this is pretty interesting fallout...

    1. http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601086&sid=aXhmExImUeKM&refer=latin_america

quote:June 7 (Bloomberg) -- The Senate's proposed overhaul of U.S. immigration law failed a critical test vote as Democrats urged President George W. Bush to rally Republicans to rescue the legislation.

The 33 votes to limit debate were 27 short of the 60 needed to move toward a final vote on legislation granting legal status to 12 million undocumented aliens. Democratic Leader Harry Reid of Nevada said he would seek another vote later today. If it fails, ``the bill's gone,'' Reid said. ``What else can I do?''

Reid appealed to Bush to twist the arms of 47 Republicans who voted against limiting debate, saying the legislation's demise would produce headlines that ``the president fails again.''

``It's his bill, it's not our bill,'' Reid told reporters after the vote in Washington. ``It can't pass unless we get significant Republican support.''

So, they're not really interested in this. It is going to fail and (gasp) it is all Bush's fault? LMAO.

Most businesses want cheap labor. Labor is an expensive component to the cost of goods and services.

But, most Republicans are not wealthy businessmen.

I'm no english major but what part of "illegal" don't people understand?

I've said this before so if you guys have heard it just pass to the next entry.

Some say it's too expensive to export all the cancer. No, it takes just 3 things: public support, guts by the gov., and money.

The cost of deporting them is dwarfed by the cost of supporting them for the rest of their lives.

We need 3 things and I think this country only has two!

One point that I will reiterate, once again,.......Bush had a very positive attitude after losing the House, and Senate, for the Repubs, by playing the Rumsfeld game.
He was happy that "HIS" immigration reforms, now had a chance of passing!
For God's sake folks,......don't start the "party line" thing again.
I voted for him twice, and he has had all kinds of grief thrown on his plate,........but get it through your heads!!!!!!! Bush wants this bill,.....there is NO question about it.
Dems are dems, as always, and yes they love the fact that Bush, and their biggest loser, Kennedy, worked on this together.
Don't fall back into the "party" trap,..........this really isn't good old George,.......it's those lousy Dems!

How are you Americans going to get from here to there when all of the cabbies have to leave the country? How are you going to get your Slurpees and cigarettes when all of the convenience store managers have to leave the country? You see, we are a bigger force than you can imagine. Plus, we need to infiltrate your country so that we can engage in the deeds that Allah commands for us.

We'll do it the same way it was done before all these browns from Third World genetic cesspools showed up here. We'll do it ourselves. If the goat eaters think they're getting their a$$es killed by us back home, wait 'til they see what happens here if they give us any grief. From what I see of these smacks we wouldn't need guns, American bare hands and knucks would handle them easy.[:D]
