How to reclaim land taken/abandoned during WWII?
Any input that anyone can provide is greatly appreciated. Tonight at dinner, my Grandfather told me that before WWII, my Great-Grandfather had a farm in Libya that was about three quarters of a mile by one and a half miles. During WWII, my Grandfather set the house ablaze and let all the animals out before he left with his troops. He wants to know if there is a way to see if the land still belongs to him. Where can he start? Thanks.
