Got a new toy
I had asked on the forum for opinions on a 1911 style .22 and I decided to go with the Walther built Colt Gold Cup. It feels exactly like a real Colt 1911, fit and finish is nice as well.
I put my Spalted, burled Box Elder grips on it .. What do you think?

I picked up a KelTec Sub 2000 this week I'm going to go play with it Saturday. Do any of you have any experience with this carbine? 0 -
Well actually the shop got a new toy, I think I'm in love:

The fit and finish are absolutly amazing, the engraving gets better the closer you get and that wood, OMG that wood will make a grown man cry......
If you have never had the opertunity to fondle a Bosis, I highly recomend it0 -
I picked up my new Benelli MR1 yesterday. Unfortunately, it has been raining for 2 days with 3 days more to go, so I'll have to wait a little longer to shoot it.

Traded two Winchesters 1300's, one 12 GA and one 20 GA, excellent condition, for a Browning Gold Hunter 12 GA, made in Belgium. Gave a little money to boot to. Went out and shot it already. Love it! Pretty sure it's gonna stay here for awhile. 0 -
Picked it up for $1400 in cash and trade.
Can't wait to try out a piston AR.

I'm not sure what your Winchesters were worth but you prolly coulda had this Gold Hunter for less than $600 shipped. 0 -
I think you did just fine, good even.[8D] (assuming you didn't have to give up too much extra $$$)
$400 for both Winchesters on a good day, and ended up with one WAY better gun. Enjoy.[:)]
