Well, I suppose it has or will happen to everyone, and now I can say it has happened to me. I found a nice deal for a 20" .223 flat top Bushmaster upper. Sent the seller two questions before I bid, they never answered. Got the answers another way. Bought the item, sent the seller two emails, never once got a respond. If they don't want my money that's one thing, however, if I buy the item, why would they put the exact thing up again for sale? I still have to wait about thirty minutes or so before I can report a problem with a seller, and I'm hoping that will resolve this issue. Any tips from y'all? Thanks for the help.

    Could be a minor communications problem as simple as failing to refresh the page.

    On the other hand, it is the weekend. You've got some time allowed by "buyers" instructions to contact a seller, and the seller has allotted to him the same time to reply. Be a little patient. If he has a good feedback rating, he will probably do the right thing.

    If the item has automatically relisted, you may not have reached the reserve with the amount of your bid.

    there was no reserve on the auction, and I also used 'buy it now' since it was the same price. I'm just confused is all.

    It's also possible he may have multiples of the same rifle, so when you won yours, it was automatically relisted because he has several more in stock, and he just hasn't gotten to his computer to respond to you yet. I've noticed some of the bigger sellers are that way, such as Discount Gunner.com. Hopefully, that's all it is. Good luck.

    More than likely thats what has happened on the relist. If it's a small time guy with pics of it on his coffee table and it got relisted, then I'd have to question that.
