Springfield Model 1898 and H&R Topper 48
Does anybody know anything about either of these guns? Like what caliber the 1898 is? (I know the Topper is a 12 guage) If the 1898 was a military gun?

The Springfield mod. 1898 is also known as the .30-40 Krag or Krag-Jorgensen (because it's a Norwegian design). The Norwegians chambered it in 6.5x55 and the Danes in 8x58R. The American (.30-40)
Krag saw action in the Spanish-American War, The Philippine Insurection, and the Boxer Rebellion in China.
