POSTERS ASKING - HOW ACCURATE IS THIS GUN ?
I DON'T WANT TO COUNT HOW MANY TIMES THIS QUESTION COMES UP HERE AND OTHER GUN RELATED SITES FROM "WANNA BE" BUYERS WHO ASK THIS QUESTION.
COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT EACH GUN THAT LEAVES THE FACTORY, WILL 99% OF THE TIME SHOOT MORE ACCURATELY THAT THE PERSON ASKING THE QUESTION COULD EVER HOPE TO REPLICATE ?
DOESN'T EACH MANUF. OF SAID WEAPON HAVE AN ACCEPTABLE QUALITY CONTROL STANDARD BENCHMARK REGARDING SHOOT AND PRINT, THAT DETERMINES IF IT IS GOOD ENOUGH TO GO OUT THE DOOR ?

If you don't want to count, then don't. And "Wanna Be's buyers"?
Quit speculating pal. I asked the question, and later bought the rifle as I'm sure many others have.

Because its not against posting format rules, that's why.
And some older people can't see small type, second reason why.

Stop trying to pick a fight when there isn't one to be had. This question was not posted because of you. 0 -
My most askd question is, "please describe the bore."
IT SEEMS THAT TOO MANY LISTERS REFUSE TO ADDRESS THIS ASPECT OF A DESCRIPTION.0 -
Id say it just depends on what the buyer is wanting the gun for. I'd also say that pretty much every factory rifle you can buy today is plenty capible of Minute of Deer at 100yds. Is every factory rifle made today capible of sub-MOA at 100yds? Is every rifle capible of repeated MOA groups at 300yds? Some are more capible than others, just like the shooter. I, like most, want a gun that is more capible than I am, thus I might ask around and get others opinions/experience on the model I'm looking at and when someone like nononsense and a few others say it's an accurate gun, then I know it will shoot better than I'm probably capible of. I've also shot a few rifles that weren't as capible as I am, the Rem 710 and a couple old Rugers with pencil barrels that would get hot and string comes to mind. So if the buyer is looking for something to punch holes in paper with, then there are inherently better set up guns then others. But again for the average hunter most anything should do.

Good post: Match your specific application for use to the weapon you inquire about. 0 -
On the topic of accuracy (needed or wanted) many of us want more than we need.
With regard to capabilities from the factory -- selected mfgs send targets with all new guns showing there capabilities. Most do not.0 -
Most questions I see regard glare on metal parts, which can appear to be wear or misuse, and other specifics of condition. As queries come in, I incorporate the emailed answers into my advertisement text, and try to address similar issues in future sales.

Neither is being a moron. Poor etiquette seems to be on the rise.
Good breeding is giving way to quantity, not quality.

Actually, the type isn't all that bigger. And it is harder to read, not easier.
To be more specific, long spans of text in all upper-case are harder to read because of the absence of the ascenders and descenders found in lower-case letters, which can aid recognition.0 -

Well put. Too many listers here feel it sufficient to merely copy a stock photo and a laundry list of their credentials rather than a true description. Nothing annoys me more than a $1500 listing that does not mention the bore. I personally feel that this is essential and, when omitted, indicative of an attempt at fraud.0 -
Male PA announcer: The red zone is for immediate loading and unloading of passengers only. There is no stopping in a white zone.
Female PA announcer: No, the white zone is for loading. There is no stopping in the red zone.
Male PA announcer: The red zone has always been for loading.
Female PA announcer: Don't you tell me which zone is for loading and which zone is for unloading.
Male PA announcer: Look Betty - don't start up with your white zone poop again! There is just no stopping in a white zone!
Female PA announcer: Oh really, Vernon? Why pretend? We both know perfectly well what this is about. You want me to have an abortion!
Male PA announcer: It's really the only sensible thing to do, if it's done safely. Therapeutically, there is no danger involved.0 -
Are we talking about the Ruger Mini-14? 0 -

I wasn't, but now that you mention it[:D], using my scientific measuring system of above, it's Minute of Deer, Minute of Coyote is pushing it.[:D][:D]
