Damned kids
At least I assume it was kids.
Went out to check on the cows this mornin' and found a water trough that's up close to the road shot full of holes,the hundred foot,heavy duty,$50 hose and the float valve gone.[V][:(!]
They could of at least been kind enough to turn of the water instead of lettin' untold hundreds or thousands of gallons of water just run up the meter.[:0]
Good thing there's another trough in the back,I guess.
I did a lot of things I'm not real proud of when I was young[:I],but bein' destructive to other folks property ain't one of'em.

paint a bullseye on the trough and put some "Tannerite" on the inside, from what I understand you should be able to tell when they are there shooting, providing they are using something more substantial than 22Lr 0 -

If at all possible, I'd go with a remote camera, and paint the bullseye

Also makes me more curious about the 500lb. bull calf that just up and died a month or so ago.
'Course by the time I found it,the buzzards and coyotes had it down to a few bones,so there's no way to tell.[:(]
Did manage to pop one of the 'yotes though.[:D]
