Actually, I thought it was just thee first three. I don't recall that the 444 Marlin was considered a Winchester Big Bore. My Winchester model 94AE Big Bore is in .356 calibre, and I love it but the ammo is getting expensive. (It is a great brush gun, and it can be used for moose or deer. And because they are Angle Eject, it is very easy to put on a scope, too. Works great to have a scope early, late in the day and for old eyes!) 0 -
As far as I know that is it. Check auction #81067961, it is a 444 Marlin as clearly shows the "beefed up" receiver, I too HAD one in 356, but sold it in the madness of Winchester closing.[:(]

Nope, that was made in the "Timber" model I guess.
