Craigs list is no more of a competitor than ebay is.
They do NOT allow guns to be sold from their site.

There is nothing happening NOW that hasn't always happened. Unkind comments are subject to deletion. If there is something you want to say to someone of a personal nature, email it. Any personal digs or criticism should be sent via email and not made public.
I recall mention some time ago that discussing any other auction site was discouraged but it appears that discussion of ebay is allowed to continue so if it's OK by Nunn and Admn I have no kick with it. Craig's List seems to be in the same boat. I had never heard of it and didn't know what it was so I erred on the side of caution and removed mention of it from a post until I found out if it's not to be mentioned. I still don't understand what was wrong with doing that but it upset some people. Now I know that's it's probably OK. Nunn or Admn may say otherwise but until they do it's comparable to ebay IMO.0 -

Actually, I'm originally from WA.
The only Mr. Universe photo I was interested in was the one of Sean Connery because it was so odd.
And, I had never heard of Craig's List before today.
There's a lot of things I've never heard of.

I posted on the Miami Craigslist a similar ad, after I read rogue_rod's thread. It was poofed by Admin and this morning it was poofed by Craigslist as well.
I don't know why Craigs poofed it because they have guns for sale ads. If you check the "sporting goods", you'll see'em.0
