I got to get a house

Besides my being an insomniac, the neighbors decided it would be a good idea to start the washer and dryer up a few minutes ago[:(!]. They are some mighty curteous people I tell ya.

    My neighbors were a real hoot about a year ago - they would decide to have arguments at 3 or 4 in the morning.[:(!]

    The washing machine I can deal with - having two brainless wonders hollering at each other over who left the seat up made me wish I knew a serial killer and had him on speed dial.

    I have no idea why they stopped arguing... but I'm not about to complain about that.

    I hear ya. Been there too. I think it was 2 years ago we had a couple living below us that was the same way.

    Don't be in too much of a rush. The current economic climate indicates that both sales prices and rents are headed lower. Hang on for six to twelve months and reassess the situation.

    jon, right now is a good time to buy forclosed property cheap. do a search of forclosed property in your county,state

    I consider apartments to be either temporary or transitional housing. Hope you get your own house soon.

    These stories make me thankful for the little problems I had while living in an apartment complex in Collinsville Ill. I remember just laying down after a 12 hour night shift only to hear the couple upstairs argue. He was passed out drunk and she needs him to drive her to work. Never new a dam person living their. Never wanted to.

    Hit it on the head. The girlfriend is done with school in a year and a half. Just kind of waiting until then to see where she can get a decent job and then we are going to look at buying something.
