    Man, this defense is weak.

I mean, Rex Grossman is picking them apart.

Seems TO fell asleep ON the job this time. Both in the endzone costing the Cowboys a 15 yard penalty and a dropped ball (due to lack of concentration) that cost his team the potentially winning TD. Sure hope Jerry Jones is geting his moneys worth[:p][:p][:p]

Think we might be onto something?

IT'S WHAT PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THEMSELVES THAT MAKES THEM AFRAID.

The Texas State Police are cracking down on speeders heading into Dallas. For the first offense, they give you 2 Dallas Cowboy tickets. If you get stopped a second time, they make you use them.

    Q. How do you keep a Dallas Cowboy out of your yard?
    A. Put up a goal post.

    Q. What do you call a Dallas Cowboy with a Super Bowl ring?
    A. Old

    Q. What's the difference between the Dallas Cowboys and a dollar bill?
    A. You can still get four quarters out of a dollar bill.

    Q. How many Dallas Cowboys does it take to win a Super Bowl?
    A. Nobody remembers.

    Q. What do the Cowboys and a possums have in common?
    A. Both play dead at home and get killed on the road!

We stunk it up pretty bad. Glad we did it now rather than in the playoffs![;)]

Last couple weeks Green Bay is playing better football. Sure it ws only St. Louis llast week, but they have their act together.

That was pretty slick of Westbrook downing that ball on the one yard line. The Dallas players didn't even look worried until he did that. He was concerned that Dallas would still be able to do something if given the time to. By downing the ball they could run out the clock. Knowing Dallas' past history this year it was a smart play.

An off day for Romo, and a couple of near fist fights in the stands for Mateo, and we chalk one up in the loss column.

Predictably, a loss will bring all the Cowboy haters out to gloat. I will remind these unfortunate victims of chemical dependency that the season has not yet concluded, and any reports of a Cowboy demise are greatly exaggerated...

Well played Eagles, but I still hate you all!

    GO COWBOYS!!!

GB and Favre seem to be peaking...

BTW I think the Cowboys or GB could beat the Patriots..

The Pats didn't look that great against the JETS yesterday...the JETS had a shot of pulling an upset IMHO

Like to see GB win it all...Favre is great

Romo will get his day...if he doesn't let Jessica mess up his mind

I sure hope so, because their heads were anywhere but in yesterday's game. Recently teams have been able to run straight up the gut on them too much.

Just a lot of loud talkin' and cussin' and threatening to kick ass, luckily nobody was stupid enough to actually throw a punch. The drunk idiot in front of me, who was the self appointed cheerleader for the stadium, turned and shot the finger at the rest of "us" sitting in the stands behind him, including my wife and eight year old daughter.

I took exception, stupidly enough, and offered to kick his 25 year old 225 lb. ass (???!!). He did not accept my offer and we negotiated loudly until the cops came and threw HIS ass out!

In the future I will attempt to avoid being quite so juvenile.

The strange thing is that my wife didn't get mad at me.

    mateo,

The same thing happened to me at Texas Stadium back in 1982. Dallas was playing Pittsburgh on a Monday night preseason game, and there was a drunken Pittsburgh fan in front of me who I almost got in a fight with. I like to sit and watch the game. This butt-head wanted to stand up all night and block everyone's view. He too got kicked out that night.

I don't even mind if someone stands in front of me the whole game. If they are a true fan and choose to stand and yell, I'll stand and look over them and respect the fact that they are fervent fans.

But the foul language and drunken one fingered salutes are totally rude, disrespectful, and uncalled for!!

Of all the fans in the NFL, the Philly fans are by far the rudest. At first I thought it was because they have been such losers for so long, but the Saint fans aren't like that...[}:)]

    Matt,
At Dolphin Stadium, things were getting a little out of hand.
So, a few years ago they implemented a new beer policy.
No beer sold after the 3rd quarter and a 2 beer maximum per person per beer run.

Still doesn't work...lots of drunks in the stands.

Miami is a strange place (as if you didn't know[:D]).
Strange in that since almost everyone here is from somewhere else, you'll see a lot of fans from the visiting teams.

From my experience, the rudest, most obnoxious fans are the Jets fans.[xx(]
