If it is a 1/2 or 3/4 ton, That glass is bolted in. Pull interior panels , unbolt and push. You will need a new sealer to reinstall(you can get from the dealer or glass shop(its foam butyl tape).
But the problem you have is that the encapsulation around the glass is cracked. It is a common problem with that back glass. It will have to be replaced.
Check with a dealer, I do believe they will warranty it. Its a know defect but not a safety issue, so there was no call back on it.

Note the molding around the glass is bolted in first, then the glass is bolted in. But the molding is not your problem, its the glass.
Edit: If you pull back the top piece of the interior and look up with a flash light (between the pinchweld and the glass) you will see the hair line crack.

Or if you have good service records with the dealer and it is out of warranty ask to speak to the service manager about the thing they call "Good Will" it is used for vehicles out of warranty, it is basically the same thing,

as long as you have always had your vehicle serviced their I see no reason they wouldn't good will it, unless they are just A holes then in that case I would throw a fit, sell the truck, and go with a company that cares about its customers. I can think of one, Toyota, they are know for their customer satisfaction[:D]

    linthicum,
It's a F-150 Supercab. Never thought to attack the problem from the interior but I'll give it a shot. I plan on Bubbarizing it with silicon caulking or similar sealant. I don't plan on removing the glass.

    pitbud,
I purchased this truck new. I may go back to the dealer, see what they say. Its been out of warranty for some time.
And I agree w/your Toyota comment.

IMO, the new '08 Tundra is the best 1/2 ton pickup out there today.

Edit: How rude of me, almost forgot to say thanks.
    Thanks for the help guys.
