Unless you have an account at military.com, you can't access the Shock and Awe section.

Looks like a neat tank, but how will it compare to our M1 as far as range, rate of fire, night vision capabilities, speed ect. The hydraulics on the tracks is kind of neat, but if you have a malfunction then you will have a lowriding chunk of steel that would get high centered on anything and be a rough ride that would bounce you around silly inside.

Speed, rate of fire, and night vision aren't anything they can't handle.

The real question should be: how good is the armor?[;)]

I would be VERY surprised if it came anywhere close to what we have on our tanks.

Besides the auto loader, I didn't notice anywhere that tank has anything on our M1A1 Abrams.

It didnt have the explosive armor plates the abrams have so if hit i wonder how they would hold up.

You guys are comparing Korea's tank to our Abrams, thats fine.

Remember though, this is South Korea's new tank, our ally!

The better their equipment, the less ours will have to be used should the North decide to invade.
