Some Deanna/Pandora pix from the State Fair

They competed in four events and got three blue ribbons and one red.

At that level, it's pretty strong competition.

Pandora is only four years old, and Deanna got her a year ago - she was just barely green broke.

Those are horse words I hear horse people say. I am not a horse person.

I hope y'all like the pix.

    I rode horses from the time I was about 12.
    I owned a couple when I lived in S. Florida, and hated getting rid of my last Morgan mare.
    She was a beauty named Brandy,.......but I found her a very good home, and she lived to be 30 plus.
    I kept in contact with the folks, and they sent me pics from time to time.
    Can't ride anymore due to my bad lower back, but I still love to watch them!
    Plenty of horses around my neck of the woods![:D]

    Sure,.......I can still "trail ride", but not any of the cantering, or full bore, and forget about jumps!
    Anything that "compacts" my lower back through "compression", is what I need to stay away from.
    I am not disabled by any means, but must watch what I do, if I wish to avoid that status later.
    I have pain every day,........I have learned to deal with it, and still do "my thing".[:D][;)]

    [8D]--Yo Big Doug, I spent years in Portland (after born) and my aunt and uncle raised Arabians in GRESHAM Ore--

    --Then thru the yrs(come and gone) I cared for, rode and excercised those BEAUTIFUL horses--

    --Well that was in the '40's and 50's--crap, it's all gone--BUMMER
