    Great picture quality. Good service, although I have hardly needed any service.

    i had direct tv, and dish at the same time, i put them both on the same channel, then flipped back and forth, dish won hands down, better picture and sound clarity, the picture was so much sharper and clearer it wasn't funny, allot of people will swear by one or the other, but will never have a chance for a side by side comparison like i did, dish has a better package, and more options

    It's great in my opinion. I have cable here, but only because I have a damned mountain between me and the satellites. If I had a dish up about a hundred fifty feet, I'd drop the cable in a second.

    Ive got direct tv,Had it for 9 years now.I would say that speaks for itself.I like the channel guide.You can go forward several days and remind shows.

    They tryed to sue me about five years ago, bunch of morons, idiots Pecker heads if you ask me. But I am still with them [:D] Thank goodness for technology!!

    Used to have cable. After Hurricane Wilma hit, I switch to DirectTV.
    No problems with picture except during the most severe of thunder storms. Picture goes out for a few seconds then comes back.
