Does anyone here have a CZ rifle or shotgun. What are you likes and dislikes?? I have won at least one in a sells contest and will be getting it in Aug. but i thought i might get a little smarter about them before i choose the one i want. What model is the best

From what I read about them the finish is the standard painted finish, not bad, gun functions good. Saw them in another forum and they were complaining that the ones they were getting from A-- were short on finish for the 234.00 plus shipping they were getting.. Guys were taking paint stripper and cleaning em off and duracoating them,, Just wondered if it would be economically sound to do this.. 0 -
That is a good price, the dura coating would be a good option, but is it really needed on a $150 gun? 0 -

If the gun works OK then that's a really good price. Usually they are $200 and up. Some of these CZ82s are used up crap, and some are in great shape. It's a 12 round mag BTW. The gun has a very smooth polygonal barrel, a nice trigger, crummy sights.
The same gun is available in the newer CZ83 in .32, .380 and 9mm Makarov. These usually sell around $350.0 -
I bought two from SOG at $199 ea + shipping. A--- has them for $209.
I was hoping for a little better finish but they do shoot.
Shot 100rds from one w/no problems. Now it's my truck gun...replacing the CZ-52. And ripley is correct...it's 12+1.0
