But the only problem i have is, they are all in my yard playing anything from sports to hide-in-seek.Then the war games come.Airsoft guns, cap guns,And wooden rubberband guns.
It's all good,as long as they clean up the mess,I don't care what they play.

Nope- if you walk outside in my neighborhood it is silent.

Even on rainy days, we never played video games. We would build forts out of sofa cushions, play Indiana Jones all through the basement, attic, etc. During the day if it was nice we would be outside from about 8am until dark...some of the best times of my life. To answer your question, no, no kids are out in my neighborhood.

Kids still play outside. The town kids have a couple of small parks with skateboard ramps, and stuff. Out where I live, most of these kids can rope and ride as good as their parents. You can still see kids riding along the hwy going to, or from, town.
You can see them fishing the river, running around with their bows, as well as all the games listed above. We have a small ranch rodeo in the summer, more kids are there with their horses, than people in the stands. Guess you guessed I live in a small town

my neighboorhood has alot of kids but I dont see to many outside playing. I think there are two reasons. # 1 television and computers. kids stay inside and watch tv or play on the computer. # 2 - the media has convinced parents that sexual predators are snatching kids everywhere everyday and parents dont let kids out of their site.
when i was younger we did nothing but play outside and get dirty and come home filthy and exhausted and often with bruises and cuts that felt so good as a kid. in my day parents called it being young and free and living life as a kid.

I moved back into the very same neighborhood that I grew up in and (we) parents do let out kids roam around and play outside all over the neighborhood, it isn't quiet as wild and free as it used to be. The older kids help keep track of the younger kids, but my wife and I try and keep our oldest in eyesight and our youngest in our yard at ALL times.

There's got to be 20 boys between 6 and 16 in our neighborhood there is always some kind of football, soccer, baseball, skateboarding or biking going on. Our neighborhood is safe, I think it'd be selfish and paranoid not to let our kid get out and socialize even if he is the youngest (the 6 year old).

We live in a smaller community. My kids play outside all the time. We even let them ride bike to friends, but always in 2's. I refuse to let them play outside in my old neighborhood.
