Sometime ago a post advised that "Rusk Gun Shop" closed on short notice. What happened to Bill the gunsmiths operation? I liked his work and would like to contact him again. Thanks

I saw Bill at a gun show late summer, early fall behind a table selling a few guns. I didn't come right out and ask him what he was doing. My information was he was only working limited hours (sort of semi-retired) before the shop closed. I believe he told me the fella doing most of the gunsmithing was in Sauk City now at the hardware store plying his trade. I have a fellow worker who knew all the guys much better, but I think Bill is pretty much retired. 0 -
