WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK
Here is my problem. I have wanted a semi auto ( something besides my m1 garand ) in 30-06. I have high bid on LF's rem 740 in 30-06. I promissed my son that the next gun i bought would be his first center fire rifle. DO you think this gun is to much gun for a 9 year old. If so i might be giving one of mine to him and keeping the rem for myself( that is if i stay high bidder of it). I have shot the modle 4 ( pretty much the same thing but only more fancy) in 270 and it had very little recoil. I think he could handle it and i want his first center fire rifle to be the rifle he hunts with later on. Hell when i was his age i was shooting my dad's m1 garand. But i also want to make sure i'm not just being selfish and getting something i want for him.

I think you need to make them a counteroffer, tell them they won the lottery but you need a small deposit they'll get with the amount of jackpot or something. I am sure you can come up with something. 0 -

Agreed, don't let this opportunity pass you buy. [:p]0 -
Geez. I've received probably 100 of these similar twists on the Nigerian e-mail scam in the last week. I can't for the life of me figure out why all the sudden I'm getting slammed by them. I don't respond and I simply delete them.
It is normal for me to get one or two of these every few weeks, but literally, I've seen at least 100 of them over the last week.
One could think that I'm the luckiest guy on earth. My lord, I can't even keep up with all the offers for free money that keep rolling in!0 -
I THINK ITS BS 0
