It was a while back since this has been mentioned, but it seems that someone GOD BLESS THEM is holding up the bill in the house. It is scheduled for a final decision on the 22 of June. Well have to see what happens, and the other bill sb 0016 is in the same boat as HR 1022 stand still put on the back burner. Good news for a while at least.
