  I watched a special on the History Channel awhile back, it rated the top 10 combat weapons!!!
  
  The Ak 47 took the number one spot!!!!

  thats because they function flawlessly with any ammo and dirt/sand in the action. Im not gonna slam the AR-15, but they can be persnickity. You compare them.
