Hi everyone, and I hope this is where I start.
I'm Mike and I'm from Michigan. West central side.
Anyhow,,, is this the place to ask about values and or just plain information on a firearm? I don't want to be posting the right questions on the wrong forum. Or vice versa.
I've got a few guns that I inherited from a relative that I'm kinda interested in and thought maybe I could gain some knowledge from GunBroker.Com.

From a Starting member to starting member, welcome.I think there is a wealth of information to be had on this forum. The elder members will direct you to the right forum for your questions. It's been my experience that no matter what question you ask, someone will be able to give expert advise.
You can't buy all the knowledge that can be had from these members.

Welcome to the forum. If you have a specific question about a specific gun, it's generally best to put it in the "Ask The Experts". If you want to have a long conversation about anything, including guns, this is the place. Ask The Experts gets locked after ten posts, but General Discussion goes on forever or until it gets out of hand bad enough to get "poofed".
Post your questions and we'll see what we can come up with.

To get an "idea" of the value of some guns, you can do a "completed auction" search on the auctions side of GunBroker. Not just the "asking" price. See what they actually sold for, and how much. Then get an average. You have to be registered to do the search, but that only takes a little bit.
Specific questions can be answered on the "Expert" forum, or you can ask them here in general discussion, though you may not like the replies you get here. [}:)][:o)][:D][:D]

We'll if you hang around here for very long you won't feel as bad bout your spelling. There are a lot of people myself included that have a hard time rembering how to spell my own name let alone "remembering" I'll be the last one to give anyone grief about that.
