what email program or web browser are you using? it sounds like either you have a pop-up blocker enabled or you have disabled the option to allow links in your email.

Try holding the "Ctrl" down while you click on the link.

Try highlighting the link and then cutting and pasting it into your web browser.

Sounds like a security setting but Ctrl is usually the "allow" key. I don't use Outlook Express so as this point...I'm worthless...just ask my wife...

Is it just the one email, or does it not work with any other links in other emails?

Having some problems. I open a email and it has a link in the email. I point at the link, and little hand shows up, but when I click on the links to open them up, I get no response. Please help me fix this problem.

Okay, I've got this figured out.

This became obvious when you said you "point to a link and a little hand shows up."

You're sorta like the blonde who used White-Out to erase mistakes as she's typing on her word-processor.

Use your mouse, not your finger.

OK, Non-Geek Jacob,[:D] That works, but why do I have to do that to make it open? Is there any thing I can do to make things open up like I use to by just clicking on the link?
