CNN admits several factual errors.
Apparently the only factual error CNN goes after is Michael Moore using a number from one list that had the most recent numbers for Cuba and another which had the most recent numbers for America.

Hey I havent seen the movie so I dont know if I agree with whats in it. But do you think our medical system works? No it doesnt. It is sucking our taxdollars by the boatload so politians, doctors, insurance companys and other suits can make money hand over fist. Again I dont know whats in the movie but our medical system needs a major overhaul hopefully this movie will bring change. I welcome a change from whoever is willing. Partylines have no place in health care so I hope he is not trying to work any angles. 0 -
I notice a huge amount of dislike for Moore on this site. Personally I don't like the man much, but don't despise him like most here. He can have his opinions and he can keep spreading them as long as folks keep buying it. I personally disagree and won't spend any money on his products.
What I can't figure out is if he likes these other countrys so much why doesn't he move there? Money shouldn't be a problem as I'm sure he's well off.0 -

Some people, especially liberals, think that every problem has an answer (that is really the root of what is wrong with libs). This may be news to some people, but there are a lot of problems that have no solution! We are not dealing with math here where 2+2=4 every time, no matter what. We are dealing with human nature, which is not a static equation.
Some think health care is poor in this country because they had to wait for 2 hours (which does suck - I've done it myself) or because some people cannot afford health care and therefore do not have it. The simple truth is that it is how it is. There is no "solution". No government takeover of the system or any other model that exists anywhere in the world is better than what we have.
We have the best of many evils on this planet.0 -

The fact is that we have the best health care in the world. The WHO is an agency of the patently anti-American UN. No one in the US can be denied neededhealth care for lack of funds (that is a Federal law). I have traveled to over 60 countries, and if I become sick or injured, I definitely want to be in the US. Hospitals in countries like Cuba have obsolete equipment and lack modern technology. Our health care system is the one that the citizens of the US have chosen, and it was a wise choice. 0 -

Well Msut,
you see that he puts the agenda first then , then supports it with facts that shows our health care is not perfect.
He omits most of the data that does not go along with his proposals for socialized medicine like:
*Gov't cannot do things more efficently.
*People who can pay in Europe or Canada come here for heart, cancer surgery.
*In canada, wait in an ER can be 20 hrs, wait for a a primary care Dr appt can be over 1 year. people have been going to illegal black market dr.s
Besides the fact that the US does most of the medical innovation in the world.
Also life expectancy here is not great, cause we are about 5 times fatter than any other nation[:(]
Anyway, even if he uses "facts" that does not mean that his conclusions or rhetoric hold ANY water.
