going out in style

John Denver died in a plane crash. He was testing an experimental plane. He died doing what he loved. His songs sort of lead up to his death. Who here would rather die doing what they love or would you rather die in bed?

I want to go being happy. I wish that when my time comes, the devil will be hesitant and the Lord will be gracious. I want to dance my life out and hope I get to dance the last one with the ones I love.

A party brought me here, I hope a party takes me out. Don

    I had the picture cut out of the newspaper and taped on the wall by the shipping counter back in the 80's. Never got a comment on it but those that saw it and looked closer sure got some funny looks on their faces. [:)]
