Times must be pretty tough for the "upper-Class" to have to sell a "Family Heirloom" like that![;)]
Still own my grampa's gun![^]0 -
He even called it a rifle. What a dweeb 0 -
I sent the guy an email:
quote:So is your description implying that lower middle class people don't take care of their stuff? Way to discourage us "peons" from bidding on any of your auctions.0 -

I believe that means they lived in a double wide with no tires on the roof and drank their beer from steins not cans. folks like that just naturally take better care of theys rifles cause they ain't inbred. 0 -
Unrealistic person...I know because as a teen I use to do complete cleanings for the UMC...If not for guys like me..most of their guns would be a locked up piece of goo, gunk, grit and grime!!! But I ain't complaining thanks to them, I know a lot more about the working of a variety of firearms and made a few klinkies in the bargain!!!
I picked up that total cleaning habit from my dad... wish I had picked up even more... but I found it takes a hell of a man to polish those freaking boots every freaking day of your life. Yes Sir!! Strickest, most set in his ways man I have ever known!!!Yes Sir!!! Bet between my brothers and I, I bet we said that a million times...But we have some of the cleanest guns you've ever seen..0 -
Most "upper middle class" folks I know live a disposable lifestyle trying to keep up with the Joneses.
Azweepay.
Nice gun, though. I'm sure it will go to someone who appreciates it.0 -
uneducated upper middle class....doesnt even realize what his investment is!
ITS A SHOTGUN YOU MORON! not a rifle!0 -
i can tell you guys, it refers to a section of above average ,well educated, managment level workers..that think there so dang good..there head is up there a88!, but they think they are better, than most....W(anchor)s![:D] 0 -
Quite funny. I recall when I first started hunting in the '30's I felt lucky to have a shotgun, single barreled Stevens from my dad to use and a handfull of shells. No special equiptment like camos special boots,
a class 101 in hunting. Never even patterned the gun. Just used it as
was. It put meat on the table like it was meant to without all the frills. Back then it wasnt meeded to look like a picture perfect hunter
with uneeded frills. Same shotgun worked well on bunnies, quail, pheasants, deer and ducks. But yes, the gun was well taken care of. Or else.0 -
The guy sounds like a snobby jerk! 0
