    Happens all the time. If you look for mini 14 mags you'll see a lot listed as 10 rounders that are obviously 30 rounders.

    It could be a modified 30 to 10 that was for sale everywhere during the national ban too.. We just don't know for sure do we??? I still have one of them left myself...

    Yep. I've seen people list 30- and 40-rounders as Part #30 and Part #40.

    To those of us "in the know" we understand what the part #s mean. For the retards that run eBay, who don't understand that something doesn't even violate their own rules, they're not going to understand something that does.

    I run a little eBay group (181 members strong as of this a.m.) and we watch these auctions carefully, and cheer when they go through.

    Searched "Eddystone" there and found a receiver up for auction. No mention of FFL or C+R either and the guy was selling other gun parts, should have known, I would think. Had it clearly listed as a receiver.
