They are not "parts guns", they are simply as issued military surplus rifles that have been sitting in a third world warehouse for many years. They will be grungy and dirty, but are generally serviceable. Their most recent ones have been from Turkey.

They should run $100 and up for a British gun, Canadian and US ones will bring closer to $200.

Nothing is reconditioned, the come out of big crates, get a quick once over for obvious problems and go into a shipping box headed for a dealer. Somewhere along the way they get import marked.

Like rich said, they aren't parts guns. Some might be FTR'd (Factory Thorough Repair) way back in the day and stamped accordingly.

Parts guns are only those of the perceived "assault weapon" configuration, autoloading, removeable mag, pistol grip, flash hider, bayo lug. Importation of C+R bolt rifles is not restricted.
