Rain,Rain, Rain! Oh my God Flooding!
It's been raining here for a couple of days and it won't seem to quit. Think we've had around 5" so far and flooding. The wife went to work this morning and as she went through DOT was getting ready to close HWY 34 in south central Iowa. Here are some pic's just south of my house maybe 1/2 mile.

(heheh. Dad was born and raised in Iowa, I woke up for about 45 minutes on a drive thru there from Minnesota back home to here in Florida, it was flat as could be, nothin but corn and soybeans for miles...)0 -

In the KC area we got 5 inches since Sat evening and still raining and that makes about 9 inches in a week so I feel for you guys up in Iowa. At least we missed what greenburg Ks got. 0 -

Don't care for rain - I'd rather be at the beach - which is where I'm gonna be in an hour, or so![:D]
