Finally....
Classic and I are leaving around midnight, driving 8-9 hours and are going to meet Tools, Toolbabe and Toolbrat in person..FINALLY WE ARE GOING TO MEET..YAAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! *LMAO...
Have talked to them on the phone for hours at times and am sooooooo looking forward to meeting them, sharing some laughs and getting to know them....
So, I will not be able to do the drawing for the t-shirt on Friday night but will do it before I leave....and will post the winner...We wont be gone too long and will get the package out as soon as we get back...
You know, I am hoping against hope they have snow..see if I really miss it as much as I think...*LOL...
One day I am going to sit down and read every post on the first 3 pages...Seems I sit down to read a few and I get called away, have to go somewhere, or the phone rings....shhhhhhesh...then I have to start all over again when I get back...
OMG>..I am actually rambling again...No I am not taking the baby...she will be very well looked after at home even though she loves travelling...

We got our electricity back from the ice storm. It went out tuesday morning and back on finally this morning around 9:30. Still alot of people in southern Iowa without power. The sheriff dept. is out in the rural areas checking on folks to see how they are getting along. Guess this has to be the worst ice storm I can remember. Glad to be back! 0 -
Finally able to turn the air off tonight....supposed to drop into the 60's or low 70's tonight,...cold front moved in...
Bout friggin time, wish it was a lot colder than what they say its going to get...Would love to see a minus few degrees...0 -
just got off the phone with my 401 people. Krogers have finally retired me in the system, my last day of work was january 2. they just yesterday got me in the 401 computers as retired, stock dropped $6 a share since january, not a fortune but still a good chunk of money. closed it out, have a roof and furnace/air system that are30 and 40 years old waiting to be replaced, plus a few bills pilled up since august, will be good to get caught up and to have a little in the bank again. I realized years ago I would never be rich, just have never owed folks and been behind like last few months 0
