Not a football fan so any day that it is warm enough to shoot is better.

    I respectfully disagree.

On Superbowl Sunday, the gun range is deserted, nobody's out hunting coyotes or jacks. If I need to get something from the big, evil mega store, all I have to do is wait until kick-off...

    No traffic.

    I LOVE Superbowl Sunday.

Colonel, as long as I don't have to watch football, I am down with that.

taking a ride on a warm Fall day on a back road...looking at the foilage...

picking up that rifle/pistol/shotgun you always wanted

1st day of deer season, with your buddies. Cards and adult beverages later.

I won't be wasting my time on the Super Bowl.

I'll be with you in spirit.

    Not watching the game.

But being laid up with a broken foot, I won't be doing the other things I so love doing on Superbowl Sunday. Like shooting, hunting, shooting, reloading, shooting or helping friends move.
I actually did that last one once. I helped my buddy move from Denver to Sterling. We drove 30 mph through a blizzard, towing a 12-foot trailer behind my S-10.
    Beat watching millionaires get richer.

Sorry about the foot Colonel! Feet take a while to heal not being well vascularized. I will be working, but I admit that beats being broke of foot. Get some fine old Westerns on CD and have yourself a Marathon. Ride the High Country, The Outlaw Josey Wales, Gunfight at the OK Corral, Winchester '73, Shane, High Noon...

    I use a.......regular.......bowl.......for my soup.
    Is that OK?

Oh, and does it HAVE to be Sundays only?
Sometimes I like soup in the middle of the week.

Not a problem.. My wife got me "Bogart and Bacall", a 4-disc set last April.

And "In Harm's Way" is on the tube right now, so I'm good.

I am a huge SuperCross fan and have been following it since 1977.

The rest of the sports world pales in comparison.

Tonight it will be Anaheim 3. I am a fan of the Makits Suzuki crew

Super bowl sunday? For people who can't ride supercross[:0]
