If you own a Norinco NDM86 .308 Dragunov please contact Randall Keeling, CDNN warehouse manager, at 1-800-588-9500 immediately. It has been determined that certain commercial ammunition may produce a slam fire condition causing the firearm to fire out of battery. This can result in injury or death to a bystander or the shooter. A simple modification to the bolt assembly can easily remedy the situation. We are recalling only those .308 Dragunovs purchased directly or indirectly from CDNN Investments, Inc. prior to 1/1/2000. Please have your serial number ready when you call.

NOTE this recall is for guns bought from this company only but the problem is for all.You should contact the person you bought from for your repairs

CDNN"s web sight says that they are recalling all Dragunov's sold by them. Reason is some ammo slam firing. This is for the 308 only. 0 -

If you are the proud owner of a Romak PSL the recall doesn't apply to you. I think it was Chinese SVD's. 0
