Is it a Colt AR-15 ?

I took this photo while in the Dominican Republic on Vacation. It looks like he has an A1 Version Colt AR ??

  From what I can see that would be my best bet, dont know if it is a Colt or not though. If you could see the reciver and rear site that would help ID a bit better.

  Looks like a Colt SP1 to me. The triangular handguerd pretty much determines that.
