Signature lines. How much is too much?
We have some members here who apparently think their signature lines are works of art and the more mind numbing, bandwith sucking they can come up with is cool. Most notably was the guy who had the sniper shooting the person.
Why don't you modirators sort of limit how long a signature line can be. How about two or maybe there lines. It gets so boreing to have to
wade thru a whole page of the same sophmoric crap time after time. I propose a not more than 5 line signature limit?? Not enough or too many?? I feel blessed since the russian has taken to use my line. Copying is the greatest form of flattery.

Pixel width is the irritating part. Narrow and tall is ok. 0 -
I agree and as a dial up customer, it really chapped my azz. However, someone noted that in your profile you can select not to display signatures. Best thing I ever did.
I'm sure I'm missing a few funnies or a cool AK firing, maybe even some juggies but it makes the whole board tolerable.0 -

I happen to like most of the signature lines!
They kinda give an insight to the person's personality!
But I could understand that if you are on dial up (which I don't understand anyone being on unless there is nothing else avaible in your area*) why you would not like it.
*: I only say that because on todays modern web sites it would take forever and a day just to move around on the net with dial up because the headers on most sites are darn more than dial up can handle!0 -
I really think it's time that GB ban or limit all that junk. Most of it is just stupid and a lot of it is offensive. 0 -

when your signatue line takes longer to scroll thru than the content of the majority of your posts, then i find them annoying. 0 -
...Taking into account it is my choice to be here and to participate or NOT, I don't mind, care WTH anyone uses's; unless it is entirely innapropriate for kids...IF the sig lines bother you here, find a forum that has strict rules pertaining to sig lines etc. and go read some of the threads and see how bland they are, no charachter, no color...[;)] 0 -
It has gotten out of hand. Once I read someones sig I just blow right through. Lots of BS. The pictures...how many times do I need to see it?
Now if it's a pretty girl....I do slow down.
