I watch my weight. Keep it right out where I can see it real easy.[8D]

No, but it's coming. I got a call from the Dr. today. Cardiolyte (sp) stress test results are in. Gotta go see a cardiologist. I'm betting that a doctor never misses a chance to go poking around so I'll get another cath before too much longer and then it's the dreaded cardiac rehab. They hated seeing me as much as I hated being there.

    I want gastric bypass.

How's that for hijacking a post?

Went on a diet in Sept 06.
    Lost 80 pounds so far.
    The big secret.
    Eat less exercise more.
It isn't fun but it works.
    Ever thing else is nonsense.

I agree...lost 35lbs in about 8 mths to get to a good weight for me. I sneak some bad stuff in every now and then but NO fast food and no regular sodas. Lots of water is the key.
