I would suspect that the Nikon would be higher quality![:0] 0 -
I like Nikon too but I have heard/read great things about the 3200. 0 -
I have one of the Elite 3200s. It's very good scope. The only thing I don't like is that the reticle is so fat except in the very middle of the lense. No taper or steps, just fat then thin. I like a finer reticle. 0 -
In that price range, I believe you'd be better off with a Burris Fullfield II. Same price, better optics.
Other than that, I've really liked the newer Bushnells I've had/used. The nikon is probably a good scope, but the only mid-class scope I ever had problems with was a Nikon Prostaff, fogged.
Add $100 to your scope funds and get a burris Signature and never look back.

Don't know much about the Elite class scopes. Nikon has a great warranty, I'd go with them. 0 -
I have two of the Bushnell Banners and one had the crosshairs run off the lens the first time I took it into the woods. Bushnell replaced the scope immediately no questions asked. 0 -
Love Nikon. Great lenses for the money. I have two pair. Both great clarity, expecially in lower light conditions. 0 -
well ,i have been tormenting the same questions this week .
the scopes have many simalarities -
price, clarity, warrenty, good names ,both have bdc available.
we looked them over side by side at gander mountain the other nite .both nice scopes ,but the bdc are very different .the nikon has a hollow dot while the burris has a black dot .its a preferance thing .i think i could work with either .i am leaning toward the nikon slightly ,but burris is a good scope and namebrand also .if i am not mistaken burris is an american company but the fullfield 2 is imported .that is swaying me also .
maybe its time i flip a coin ...........

Nikon, Bushnell and Fullfield are Pacific rim scopes. Aviod any Nikon porduct made in the Philippines. Save your nickels for a Burris Signature Select with Ballistic plex reticle. Otherwise I would rank Nikon Monarch above the 3200, par with the 4200, and both below the Fullfield. 0 -
Can't answer about those two but another vote here for the Burris Fullfeild II in that price range. 0
