Nunn,when i started posting on this forum i thought you were sorta mean.Now that ive read more of your posts and replys and have gotten to know you more i now see you as fair and considerate, a stand up guy.

    A while back you were trying to I.D. an approximately 2" dia cylindrical grenade.
    There is such an animal in an old Stoeger catalog (1940) reprint.
    It was for police use and contained either sickening gas or tear gas.
    It had the conventional grenade fuze.
    I suspect the charge was dumped and the integral, fuze/blasting cap screwed back in.

    Ever seen a Ringneck snake in our part of the world? Gray body with a darker head, an orange ring around the neck and a solid orange belly.

    Spotted one today and had to look it up to even know what kind it was.

    Saw some moving people in Hugo today moving a OHP that lives across the street from my Mom. They had Wolfe City ,Tx. on the door. Red Dodge Dually. Just wondered if you knew them. Looked like they were doing a good job.

    Hows the Bells Palsy? Does your face still look like Igor?[:D]
    Specialist told me when one side of the face starts to droop the other side starts to draw up to compensate making a person look even worse. I saw that some people had some funny ideas on what causes it. The same specialist told me it was a virus that settled into your nerves that control the face and they shut down. Hope you took your stubborn ass to the doctor.

    As much as I respect you and a good many of your opinions I must ask. Does this mean the problem is being dealt with or you just made all the evidence go away so, hopefully, I'd forget about it?



    I understand that this is a private forum and that constitutional rights do not apply to everyone equally here, but can't something be done?

    Reason I ask, working on a water treatment plant here and one of the operators came from Greenville, he thinks he knows you.

    Hey nunn --
    Did you send me 3 e-mails? The name on the return e-mail address begins "ds5." There's no way to tell for sure except that "DavidNunn" appears in the properties. These all have attachments and I don't want to open them if they're advertising cookies or viruses, know what I mean?

    Earlier this month you asked about a GPS unit for your mom. Have you checked any out and gotten her one? I may give myself one this year and need it simple as can be, easy to read and all that stuff. I need something I can use in a large town, say Memphis, that will get me to the yard and estate sales!     I am not trying to start anything but why are you talking about banning someone when they gave their opinion about something?

    That seems pretty childish. Why?

    Also 58 cops is a small town. Where i am from we were lucky if you had 6 to 10. That is a small town.

    Also where i was living all the cops we did have were people who were forced to resign or get fired. They would quit so nothing would be on there record.

    I know this for a fact from first hand information. I sat in the meetings. The same cop would pop up 100 or so miles away and in 1 or 2 years be forced to go somewhere else.

    I grew up in a town of about 2000 to 4000 depending on the seasons. I lived in a farming community.

    If you are talking about banning someone for replying to a post you might be part of the problem. Every time someone says something about a cop you tend to get upset.

    Like you they have their opinions based on what they have gone through. How can you make such a broad statement like that. Just like the other person making such a broad statement.

    Why stoop to their level. Two wrongs dont make a right.[:(]

    From my point of view i have seen just as many good cops as i have bad cops. I also know for a fact that an average cop will not say anything against other cops he will just put his head down and not say anything.

    From the area i am from if a deputy backs another person for sheriff and his man losses he will not have a job after the election here. Most just keep their mouth shut and just cruises to retirement.

    Like i said before nothing personal i just think you are kind of touchy.
