Trans-Siberian Orchestra?

My wife really wants to see them in concert, are they worth a 2 hour drive? That's the closest they come to us.

    Don't listen to Eboydell or any of the other gay-sayers (as opposed to nay-sayers). I would kill for a chance to see the TSO. They've got THE BEST Christmas music you will ever hear in your life. It's a mixture of orchestra, choir, and rock, and it's absolutely amazing music.

    If you like music, it is worth the two hour drive. I just saw them in concert here not to long ago (for the fourth time), and as Zulu says, it beats the heck out of the normal Christmas music that you get pummelled with on the radio and at the stores.

    I would drive two hours to see them. I have them on my I-pod and their music is the best X-mas music around. I would describe it as Manhiem Steamroller on steroids.

    Go to itunes and and sample a couple of their tunes

    bought the tickets for the Jan 5th show in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Looking forward to surprising her.
