A couple weeks ago I asked for Chili Colorado recipes.

Well I got it simmering in the crock pot right now. It will simmer all day blending all those flavors together!

It should turn out good![:D]

    Just got my big pot of beans and smoked pork started. Beans soaked all night. Threw it all in the crockpot to cook all day.

    I will be serveing it up with homemade cornbread.

    But I can allready say it will be good! This is one of my best dinners that I make without going out on the grill.

    And today is not really grilling weather around here (to wet and such). But I have gotten real good at BBQ in the 2 years since I moved to the south!

    Now I got to fight the worse part of makeing my crockpot meal.

    My whole house is smelling of my beans and pork and I'm gunna be hungry all day from the smell![:p][:p][:p]
