Is there a way to search the auctions via states?

I am looking for a 7mm-08 NEF (full size) with mounts and rings (I have a scope for it). I don't want to screw gunbrokers out of the just due money, but I don't want to deal with shipping and transferring.

I need it in the next couple of weeks, before Christmas.

  A local sale 7mm-08 NEF with mounts and rings off GB? Not a problem. Prolly even get Herve Villechaize to deliver it.
